The word from the paving contractor is that Wednesday November 6 is the tentative date for paving our Pearl Lake Road project.  We will be working on the final prep work the day before and it’s worth noting that there will be a pretty substantial bump at each end where the new asphalt will be meeting the old.  There will be a reminder BUMP sign that you should take seriously.  It will completely go away when the new pavement goes in.  

If you can avoid the area for those couple of days, it would be a tremendous help.  Otherwise, we’ll get you through.  Keep alert for a lot of equipment and men, because it will be really busy.  After this, I don’t anticipate any major inconveniences, just us tidying up.

It’ll all be worth it!
