If you live on or travel a gravel road, I’m certain you’ve noticed mud season is officially upon us!  I would like to ask everyone to take a look at their propane or oil tanks and if you have enough product for a month, or so, and you are on auto delivery, to call your fuel company and let them know that they shouldn’t deliver to your house until the roads dry out.  This holds true for you folks on paved roads, too.  Fuel delivery trucks do the most damage to our roads and they are exempt from seasonal weight limits.  Usually, when they come out here, they carry a pretty big load so that they don’t have to make any extra trips.  If you need it, you need it.  But, if you can wait, we would all be better off!
