Learning Focus:

In math, kindergarten used shape names as they explore pattern blocks, played Gotcha! a counting game, and explored the many uses of numbers in their world. First graders used the number line to count and compare numbers and explored tools for counting and reasoning about the attributes of shapes. Second Grade counted tallies and calculated the values of coin combinations. Third Grade explored the Student Reference Book and played Number – Grid Difference. They also reviewed and used a variety of math tools.
