Learning Focus:
Kindergarten has been working on the letter W this week! In math, they have composed and decomposed numbers in various ways on a ten frame, informally explored addition and subtraction, and learned all about rectangles. First graders found unknown numbers in addition and subtraction number models. Second Grade skip counted, added, and subtracted to solve Frames-and-Arrows problems. Third Grade explored fraction circles, area measures, and liquid volume in liters.
