Learning Focus:

Kindergarten has been working on the nursery rhyme “Humpty Dumpty.” In math, they used ten frames to explore number pairs that add to 10. First graders counted up and back on the number line to prepare for using it as a tool for adding and subtracting. Second Grade discussed and used the counting-up and counting back strategies for subtraction. Third Grade explored different ways to measure area, partition rectangles, and represent data on a scaled bar graph.

Students should meet at 5:00 pm at the Landaff Town Hall. Please have students dressed in their holiday finest.
