Learning Focus:

In math, kindergarten modeled addition concretely and symbolically through a game. First graders completed an open response problem using Base-10 block to help solve. Second Grade made ballpark estimates and invented and recorded their own strategies for solving addition problems. Third Grade solved two-step number stories and represented them with equations.

Learning about maps in social studies!
