Blue School is working hard on their math skills. First graders are learning about comparing and ordering numbers and tally charts. Students in second grade are using addition and subtraction to write equivalent names for numbers. Third graders are telling time to the nearest minute and calculating elapsed time. Kindergarten is counting out objects to represent 5 in multiple ways, and informally exploring addition and subtraction within 5.
