Hello friends and neighbors,

My name is Hilda, I’ve been caretaking the house previously owned by the Webb’s on Merrill Mountain Road in Landaff for over a year now. In that time I’ve rehabilitated the gardens, and helped the current owner to clean and paint in preparation for putting it on the market.

Well, that time has finally come, in fact an offer may have already been made! I bought some land here but I will not be able to start building until next year. I would prefer to spend the winter in the area so I’m reaching out to see if anyone knows of a potential caretaking position, rental, or even short term housing situation in the Landaff, Franconia, or Sugar HIll area.

Feel free to spread the word and put me in contact with anyone you know.

On a side note- I am a professional gardener so if you need help with fall clean up let me know!

Much appreciated, Hilda
