Blue School Art Show:

Blue School artist have their art on display at the Landaff Town Hall

Learning Focus:

This week, Blue School celebrated the 100th Day of School on February 8th with lots of hands on STEM centers. Kindergarten learned about the letter B. In math, they explored the Number Grid and use it as a counting tool. First graders determined whether addition and subtraction equations are true, and they made false equations true. Second Grade found coin combinations to pay for items and made change by counting up. Third Grade used known multiplication facts, called helper facts, to solve harder multiplication facts and explored the use of doubling to solve number stories involving area.
