Student of the Week: Rachel

Kindergarten has been working on their sight words and letter sounds and the nursery rhyme “5 Little Speckled Frogs” this week. In math, they compared numbers and placed them in order from smallest (least) to largest (greatest). First graders use addition and subtraction strategies to solve comparison number stories. Second Grade used expand-and-trade subtraction to subtract multidigit numbers. Third Grade worked with elapsed time, explored polygon relationships, and found the masses of objects.
